Can you make it to the 2024 Maine AFL-CIO Labor Summer Institute?

There will be a fundraiser for Maine Lobstering Union organizer Ginny Olsen featuring food, raffles and more on August 3 at 2pm at Dale & Sherri Haley of Oceanville Boatworks, 170 Oceanville Rd, Stonington. Ginny is a devoted advocate for Maine’s lobstering industry and ocean conservation.

Maine AFL-CIO President Cynthia Phinney will be hosting a luncheon from noon to 12:50 pm on Wednesday July 17 featuring a presentation and discussion with Rose Roach, National Coordinator, Labor Campaign for Single Payer at 21 Gabriel Drive in Augusta and on Zoom.
