Contract with Maine's Working Class

Working families across Maine are straining under the skyrocketing costs of housing, healthcare and utilities, while billionaires and big corporations sit back and watch their wealth grow. We need a policy agenda that unites working people and puts our interests first. And no one can build it but us.

The Contract with Maine’s Working Class is a campaign to engage as many people as possible to identify solutions that would improve their lives, and to build a movement of people ready to fight for them.

From Kittery to Caribou, we’re talking to thousands of workers to build an agenda that represents our interests. But the only way we can win is by involving as many of us as possible.

We want to know, what are the most pressing issues you face, and what do you want to do about them? After talking to thousands of people, we’ll turn what we’ve learned into an agenda for workers, by workers.

Can we meet you at your workplace, union hall, or place of worship? Fill out this form to invite us to meet with your community.

It’s going to take all of us to win a Contract with Maine’s Working Class.
