UPS Workers Picket Waterville Facility

On November 12, members of Teamsters Local 340 held a picket at the Waterville UPS facility to protest the disrespect and harassment the members say they have been experiencing at the hands of management.

“Stewards and members of Teamsters Local 340 stood up to show UPS that they will not tolerate unprofessional behavior by their management team,” the union wrote in a statement on Facebook. “UPS's refusal to react to inappropriate behavior by one of their supervisors in the workplace is unacceptable and a violation of their own Professional Conduct Policy. We demand UPS address this violation and treat our members with dignity and respect!”
