Join union leaders, grassroots activists, scholars, and policymakers as we examine the crucial role of the labor movement in combating the climate crisis in a forum and workshop titled "Just Transition: Building Worker and Community Power to Tackle the Climate Crisis" on Saturday, September 28 at the University of Southern Maine’s Glickman Library, 314 Forest Ave, Portland. The event is Part 1 of a Labor Climate Series co-sponsored by the Dr. Charles A. Scontras Center for Labor and Community Education and the Maine Labor Climate Council.
