How can we fight the climate crisis and achieve economic justice for working Mainers? Join union leaders, grassroots activists, scholars, and policymakers as we examine the crucial role of the labor movement in combating the climate crisis in a forum and workshop titled "Just Transition: Building Worker and Community Power to Tackle the Climate Crisis" on Saturday, September 28 at the University of Southern Maine’s Glickman Library, 314 Forest Ave, Portland. The event is Part 1 of a Labor Climate Series co-sponsored by the Dr. Charles A. Scontras Center for Labor and Community Education and the Maine Labor Climate Council.
