Getting Union Members Involved Workshop — Saturday May 16

The Scontras Center for Labor and Community Education will be holding an interactive workshop on how to get members more involved in our unions on Saturday, May 16, from 10am to 2pm at the Plumbers and Pipefitters Hall, 21 Gabriel Drive in Augusta. In the workshop we will explore tools such as organizational analysis, relationship building, and action planning. Participants will create a customizable toolkit to reclaim your collective voice, increase membership participation, and build the structural power necessary to win better contracts and respect on the job. Lunch will be provided.
