Central Maine Labor Council & Secretary Bellows Attend Sip-In for Waterville Starbucks Workers

Members of the Central Maine Labor Council and Secretary of State Shenna Bellows showed up for a Solidarity Sip-In in support of Waterville Starbucks workers.

"Coffee and new unions are great fuel for discussing the working-class principle that all workers, from ironworkers to baristas, need a union!" said labor supporter and attendee, Avery Hudson.

The baristas at the Waterville Starbucks won their union election last month and their contract is being bargained nationally together with the hundreds of locations that have organized.
