United Food & Commercial Workers Local 1445 is hiring for an organizing position in Southern Maine. The union represents about 8,000 workers in grocery stores, food packing and processing centers, retail, health care, cannabis dispensaries, laundries and more. In Maine, the union represents workers at the Hannaford distribution center in South Portland, the Coca Cola distribution center in Bangor and the Maine AFL-CIO.

- Starting Salary: $50,000 per year plus Union paid benefits
- Minimum hour of work for week: 40
