Labor Lobby Day is back! When working people band together and make our voices heard, we have the power to make life better for the working class.  Please join union members from across the state at this year’s annual Labor Lobby Day on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at the State House in Augusta.

**IMPORTANT** We are no longer able to use the space in the Cross Building where we have held the morning training for Lobby Day in the past, so we are holding the morning training section of Labor Lobby Day at the Governor Hill Mansion at 136 State St, Augusta. Registration will run from 7:00 am - 7:45 am; morning training starts at 7:45 am at Governor Hill.

PARK AND RIDE – HOP ON THE BUS! We strongly encourage everyone to park at the State House, take our shuttle bus to Governor Hill for the training, and take the shuttle bus back to the State House for the rest of Lobby Day.  The buses will pick people up at the corner of Sewell and Capitol Streets in front of the State House Parking Garage and be running back and forth between there and Governor Hill from 7:00 am - 7:45 am. The buses will then bring you back to the State House after the training.

Unions are working to pass a number of bills to improve working conditions and staffing, support more union jobs, make our workplaces safer and more! At the Maine AFL-CIO’s Labor Lobby Day, union members will learn all you need to know about talking with your legislator about labor priorities. Workers will have the opportunity to connect to other union members and pro-labor elected officials and learn about how to get more involved. No experience is needed.
