As Valentine's Day approaches, we are excited to share with you some Solidarity Valentines for the special workers in your life. These cards were created by APWU Local 458 member Danny Bailey, who serves as an alternate shop steward in her union.
"I hope these inspire a lot of organizing, but at the very least they should probably inspire some enthusiasm and fun!" said Danny.
Danny is a proud postal worker and member of the APWU local 458 out of Portland, where she serves as an alternate shop steward. This year she will be attending the 2024 Inaugural APWU leadership institute in Maryland. When she is not being an "overly enthusiastic mail nerd and labor activist," she loves to write and perform music, crochet, and make art of all kinds. She also loves cats.
