The Maine AFL-CIO, Peer Workforce Navigator Project and postal unions are hosting the third  “Postal Jobs Bootcamp” to introduce job seekers to all the career opportunities for great union jobs in the Postal Service and support them through the application process. The next Postal Jobs Bootcamp will be held on Thursday, March 7 in the Scarborough/Portland area. There is a small stipend offered to participants.

The Postal Jobs Bootcamp is a one-day orientation, tour, and application clinic, providing an exploration of the various jobs offered by the Postal Service, the pay and benefits of a union job, a tour of the distribution center, and hands-on assistance with the application itself. Food and laptop computers will be provided. If you are interested in applying for one of the many jobs offered by the US Postal Service and would like some assistance with the application process, please complete this short application form. Once  you have submitted the form, someone will contact you to follow up.
