Local S6 Women’s Committee Puts on Rocking Rosie the Riveter Celebration

The Machinists Local S6 Women's Committee's annual Rosie the Riveter celebration in Bath was a roaring success! About 250 people showed up for the event at J.R. Maxwell & Co in Bath for the annual benefit party, which supports the purchasing of diapers for families in need. The organizers thanked the bar for providing the space and giving the the workers a deal on food and drink. Their staff were wonderful and the venue was a perfect fit.

"We should all give a big thanks to the Local S6 Women's Committee and their volunteers, for organizing the event," Local S6 wrote on its Facebook page. "The Committee’s hard work and planning made this year's celebration really stand out. We hope to see everyone again next year!"
